The brief...
To showcase Renaker Three60, we were commissioned to create a dynamic FPV video that brings the building to life. The goal was to highlight the reception, study areas, amenities, and terraces while showing the spaces in use with models positioned to activate each environment. Careful planning, including a site recce and floor plan mapping, ensured each sequence was choreographed for smooth transitions and fluid visuals

The video opens with a dive down the glass façade, moving through the reception and study areas. An invisible cut inside the lift transitions to a sequence following a model into the gym area, where we film around the space capturing the models using the equipment and interacting with the facilities
Another seamless cut through a gym locker transitions the sequence into the yoga studio, where the drone flies around the space capturing the models performing yoga movements. A zoom transition through the glass then takes the viewer outside, where the drone flies up the exterior façade to the next level. The sequence transitions back through the glass into the building, revealing the private dining and lounge spaces before continuing out onto the terrace and ending with a Manchester city backdrop

The Renaker Three60 video was filmed entirely with FPV drones, using a cinewhoop paired with a GoPro to navigate interiors, amenities, and terraces. The shoot was carefully pre-planned with floor layouts, ensuring models were positioned to maximise the visual impact of each sequence
Invisible cuts and precise drone piloting allowed the footage to flow seamlessly from floor to floor, creating an immersive walkthrough of the building and its city views. The final video was exported in wide 4K and 1080p portrait formats for versatile use across screens and social platforms
