You directly provide Aeroflair with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data when you submit a service enquiry through a website form or via email, leave feedback, and through viewing our website via use of your browsers cookies.

How is data used?
Aeroflair collects your data to effectively discuss project briefs and provide quotations. Data is also obtained to complete our mandatory CAA drone flight safety assessments.
How is data stored?
Aeroflair securely stores your data on our password-protected digital database and through hand-written records locked away at our office. Data will be kept for a maximum period of ten years. When customers are no longer active, all forms of data are immediately deleted and/or destroyed.

Aeroflair would like to make sure you are fully aware of your data protection rights.
Upon request each user is entitled to the following:
The right to access a copied version of the personal data we collected from you (a small fee will apply).
