To showcase Renaker Three60, we were commissioned to create a dynamic FPV video that brings the building to life. The goal was to highlight the reception, study areas, amenities, and terraces while showing the spaces in use with models positioned to activate each environment. Careful planning, including a site recce and floor plan mapping, ensured each sequence was choreographed for smooth transitions and fluid visuals

The video opens with a dive down the glass façade, moving through the reception and study areas. An invisible cut inside the lift transitions to a sequence following a model into the gymnasium and yoga studio. Another seamless cut through a gym locker moves the tour up to the next floor, revealing private dining and lounge spaces, before concluding on the terrace with a dramatic city backdrop. Six models were used across the sequences to add life and scale to the spaces, creating an engaging, immersive walkthrough of the development

The Renaker Three60 video was filmed entirely with FPV drones, using a cinewhoop paired with a GoPro to navigate interiors, amenities, and terraces. The shoot was carefully pre-planned with floor layouts, ensuring models were positioned to maximise the visual impact of each sequence. Invisible cuts and precise drone piloting allowed the footage to flow seamlessly from floor to floor, creating an immersive walkthrough of the building and its city views. The final video was exported in wide 4K and 1080p portrait formats for versatile use across screens and social platforms
