The brief...
To capture dynamic, fully immersive FPV footage showcasing Renaker Bankside, we began with an on-site recce and a detailed flight plan to map the route through the building’s amenity spaces. The aim was to guide viewers through the development in one continuous sequence, highlighting the design, layout, and range of resident facilities. The storyboard was planned carefully to ensure smooth transitions between floors and spaces while keeping the tour clear and engaging

The video opens with a sunrise lens flare across the glass façade before dropping into the FPV sequence, starting at the Bankside logo. From there the tour flies into the building through Concierge, continuing into the Concierge Lounge, Quiet Lounge, and Multi-Use Suite 1, before moving through the Work Pods, Events Space, and Residents Lounge. The route continues through The Studio, the Content Creation Room, Games Room, and the Instagram Pods, before moving up a level with an invisible transition into the Meeting Rooms and The Works. The drone then moves outside onto the terrace known as The Green. From there the tour returns inside through the Study Area, The Club, Gymnasium, and Yoga Studio, before finishing outside on the second terrace, The Yard, ending back on the Bankside logo where the sequence began

The opening shot was captured using a DJI Air 3 drone at 24mm to create the sunrise lens flare across the glass façade. The FPV sequence was filmed with a cinewhoop quad paired with a GoPro, allowing us to move smoothly through the interior spaces and terraces while maintaining precise control in tighter areas of the building
