To capture dynamic, fully immersive FPV footage showcasing Renaker Vista River Gardens, we began with an on-site recce and drafted a detailed flight plan covering the exterior and amenity spaces across three floors. With no models on site, we relied on creative framing and movement to bring the space to life. The client requested a video under three minutes, delivered in both wide and portrait formats. The storyboard was mapped onto the floor plans and approved, with clear cuts and simple bounce-out transitions connecting each floor
The result...
The video starts from the exterior gardens, flying through the entrance reception area and across the three floors of the development. The final sequence concludes with an exterior shot of the glass façade overlooking Spinningfields and the Manchester skyline, transitioning to dusk with city lights emphasising the incredible apartment views, a major selling point. Text captions were added for internal spaces on the wide export. The shoot was completed in one day, with a separate day dedicated to the exterior transition. The client was extremely happy with the video, which has been shared across social channels and used for investment and marketing purposes

The Renaker Vista River Gardens shoot was directed by Joseph Rapacchietta. The FPV drone was a DJI unit mounted onto a cinewhoop quad. Most scenes were completed after a few test runs throughout the space, and post-production was completed in under one week
